Level 1. Download our free guide to better understand how our do-it-yourself methods work. If you need the help conducting research on your behalf, you can easily upgrade to another level.
Level 2. In addition to an in-depth questionnaire filled out by you, we tap publications, published statistics, government databases, and proprietary sources of information to investigate and answer your question. You receive two hours of consultation with a practice leader (at the beginning and end of the project), and your final report containing our results and recommendations is delivered in text and video form.
Level 3. This includes Level 2, plus online surveys of people who could be prospective customers. This type of research helps us determine the demand, pricing, and positioning of your products or services. With this type of project, we will produce a statistically relevant survey that will be unique to your needs and will only be shared with you. This level of research can provide critical customer insights that your customers do not have. Used properly, this information can enable you to outflank your competitors and win in the marketplace.
Level 4. This includes everything in Level 3, plus includes up to 30 interviews with typical customers, key staff, and other relevant parties. This option offers you a deeper psychological view of the behavior of the decision making taking place around your products and services.
